Mind the gap: updated toolkit for business |
The Ministry for Women has updated its Gender Pay Gap Toolkit supporting businesses to address pay gaps in their organisations. Originally launched in November 2024, the Ministry says feedback has helped identify focus areas and share new tools and resources that provide businesses with practical support to measure and address pay gaps more effectively. Fonterra and Nestlé have released updates on their pilot net-zero dairy farm in Waikato. The project focuses on reducing emissions through improved feed, effluent management, and energy efficiency, aiming to create a scalable model for sustainable dairy. Since its first season in 2021/22, the farm has reduced its emissions intensity by 9.5% and absolute emissions by 23.5%. Full details here. | | | |
